Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

Conditions for Returns

For the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that all of the following conditions are met:

  • The Goods were purchased within the last 14 days.

  • The item is unopened and in its original packaging.

  • The item is not broken or faulty.

What Can Be Returned

  • Unopened and in its original packaging with all materials included

  • Complete with all parts and accessories

  • Not broken or faulty due to misuse

What Cannot Be Returned

Some items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or handled items — If the item shows any signs of use, wear, or damage that occurred after delivery, we cannot accept a return.

  • Items missing original packaging — The original box and packaging materials are required to ensure the item is safe to resell.

  • Clearance or Final Sale items — Items marked as Final Sale are sold as-is and are not eligible for return.

  • Customised or personalised items — If an item has been engraved, modified, or personalised to your request, it cannot be returned unless it arrived damaged or incorrect.

If you cancel before your order has been dispatched:

  • Full refund with no fees

  • No shipping charges

  • Refund returned to your original payment method

After We Ship

Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to wait for the item to arrive and then follow the standard returns process. Standard return fees apply.

How to Return an Item

Step 1 — Contact Us First

Before sending anything back, you must contact us to receive a Return Authorisation Number. Do not send any item back without this, as it may not be processed.

  • Your full name

  • Your order number

  • Which item are you returning

  • The reason for the return

Step 2 — Receive Return Instructions

We will respond within 2 business days with:

  • Your unique Return Authorisation Number

  • The return address

  • Any special packing instructions

Step 3 — Pack the Item Properly

  • Use the original box if possible

  • If not, use a sturdy box with plenty of padding

  • Include all accessories, certificates, and anything else that came with the item

  • Write your Return Authorisation Number clearly on the outside of the box

Step 4 — Ship It Back

  • Use a tracked and insured shipping method

  • Keep your tracking number safe

  • Ship to the address provided in your return instructions

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect — in which case we will cover it.

Step 5 — Refund Processing

Once we receive your return:

  • Days 1–3: We inspect the item and verify its condition

  • Days 4–10: We process your refund through our payment system

  • After that: Your bank processes the payment (this may take a further few business days)

For credit card payments, refunds may take 2 to 4 billing cycles to appear on your statement.

Refunds

  • Refunds cover the amount paid, excluding shipping costs

  • A restocking fee of 25% applies if you are returning an item simply because you changed your mind

  • Additional charges may apply if the item is not returned in its original packaging

  • If your cancellation or return is due to our error or a damaged item, a full refund will be issued with no fees

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong product, we will make it right at no cost to you.

Inspect Your Package on Delivery

When your order arrives, inspect it properly:

  • Check if the box is crushed, torn, or damaged

  • Open it and check if the item is correct and undamaged

  • Do not throw away the box or packaging until you are fully satisfied

Report Within 3 Days

If something is wrong, contact us within 3 days of delivery:

Send us:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damage from multiple angles

  • Photos of the box and packaging materials

  • A description of what is wrong

How We Fix It

  • Replacement — We will send a brand new replacement item at no charge

  • Full Refund — If the item is out of stock or cannot be replaced, we will refund you in full

You will not pay for return shipping, replacement shipping, or any restocking fees in these cases.

Missing Parts

If you open your package and something is missing:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery

  • Tell us exactly what is missing

  • Send photos of what you received

We will ship missing parts to you free of charge. Common parts are usually dispatched within a few days. Specialist or unique parts may take longer — we will keep you updated.
