Handling & Delivery Schedule

Handling Time: Monday – Saturday (1–2 business days)
Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM GMT — orders placed before this time are processed the same business day
Delivery Days: Monday – Saturday
Estimated Delivery Time: 6–8 business days after dispatch

Orders placed after the 2:00 PM cut-off time will be processed on the following working day.

Dispatch & Tracking

Dispatch

Once your order has been processed, it will be carefully packed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, dispatch may take slightly longer. We always aim to ship your order as quickly as possible and will notify you of any delays.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order leaves our facility, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your shipment in real time. You can also track your order at any time through the courier’s official website using the tracking number provided.

Note: If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery typically takes 6-8 business days. Actual delivery times may vary depending on:

• Your location within the UK

• Courier availability and workload

• Weather or other external conditions

• Public holidays or peak periods

We work with trusted UK and European courier partners to ensure every order arrives safely and on time.

Shipping Charges

Free UK Shipping

We offer free standard shipping across the United Kingdom on all standard-size orders. No minimum order value is required.

Overlength Handling Charge

Items exceeding 47 inches (approximately 119 cm) in length require special packaging and handling due to their size. An overlength handling charge of £60 will apply to these items. This charge will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Remote Area Surcharge

Some delivery addresses fall within designated remote areas as defined by our courier partners. The £35 will be charged for UK remote areas.

International Shipping (Europe)

We ship to the following selected European destinations: Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Poland, Sweden, Denmark, Austria, Portugal, and Ireland.

Please be aware of the following for all international orders:

• International deliveries may take additional time due to customs clearance and local courier processes

• You are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by your country

• You must ensure the item you are ordering is legal to import in your country before placing an order

• We are not liable for items confiscated by customs due to local regulations, and refunds will not be issued in such cases

Missing or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or if any item is missing from your parcel, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will investigate promptly and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
